An urban logistic platform combining modernity and multi-modal functionality
Location and access
Right at the heart of Marseille at the Arenc railway site, SOGARIS has developed, in partnership with the SNCF, a 9 hectare platform dedicated to urban logistic activities.Located alongside port facilities on land served by a railway branch, the logistic platform has access to the motorway network (A7, A50 and A55), and boasts a location a stone's throw from Marseille city centre and the Euroméditerranée business district.

The 9 hectare urban logistic platform, served by road and rail, offers :
32,400 m² of warehouses and offices
A main building with 10,500 m² of warehouses and 1,000 m² of offices, as well as a separate building of 1,300 m² were constructed in 2007.
Construction of a second 18,000 m² building during 2008.
