Location and access
The ROISSY-SOGARIS Air Freight Logistics Platform (C.L.F.A.) is located in freight area n. 5 at Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport.It is directly accessible from the A1/A3 motorways.
Prestations
The C.L.F.A., created in partnership with Aéroports de Paris, provides premises ideal for companies working on ground side air freight processingThe site comprises 6 warehouse buildings as well as 2 office buildings with connections to the runways at Roissy-CDG
Built surface comprises 50,000 m² of warehouses and 15,000 m² of offices.
There are three types of premises made available to companies at the C.L.F.A :
• warehouses from 450 m²
• support offices
• administrative offices
Dual frontage warehouses are all comprised of :
• a public yard, on the one hand, for HGV boarding bay access
• a customs yard at street level, on the other side, with direct access to runways and aircraft parking areas
40 companies are currently operating in the Air Freight Logistic Centre: freight and forwarding agents, express courier, airlines, warehouses and airline spare part companies, pre an post routing of air freight and handling services.
Services
The services offered by the C.L.F.A. are adapted to the ROISSY-CDG airport and air freight :• On site customs receipt
• Customs inspection unit
• General supervision of the site and security post at the entrance to the platform
• Fire protection – sprinklers, fire hose station, smoke removal
• Assistance with air freight (warehousing, palettization, depalettization, duty paid transport, etc.).
• Parking
• Vending machines
• General site management : maintenance of buildings, roads, green spaces and public lighting, external cleaning of the site and building environs, waste removal
